The Cable Television Ordinance adopted Nov. 13, 1997, repealed provisions formerly codified herein as Ch. 7, pertaining to similar subject matter, and derived from Code 1983, §§ 46-1—46-45, 46-47—46-52, 46-55—46-62, 46-64—46-66.1, 46-67—46-92, 46-94—46-97; and from an ordinance adopted March 14, 1985. In addition, said ordinance enacted provisions which have been included herein as a new Ch. 7
